The Court Clerk's office is very helpful, considerate and knowledgeable. The office handles a large volume of incoming mail, telephone calls and requests for assistance at the window. The clerks are unfailingly polite and resourceful. It is my experience that the clerks solve problems rather than creating them.

We were spending the night on our way to Oregon and was near closing time for all the restaurants in town so I was in a bit of a hurry so I did roll through a right hand turn on a red that I thought was still yellow because I was concentrating on the traffic NOT the color of the light. Anyway I made sure it was all clear before rolling through. I was caught on video so  there's no way to contest it but $469 for a violation that did not endanger anyone? kind of exorbitant I think. That's the last time I'm spending any time in that town. I'll stay anywhere but Redding!

I have never seen a more childish way of giving out court summons. I'm a college student who has stomach problems that I already struggle with enough, so when I found out that I need to have a postponement request 5 days prior my stomach of course started to burn due to finding this out from the call that it says you're not supposed to make until the night before the date of summons. It's finals week and they are literally messing with my future success if they pull me from classes for this.

Nearly impossible to reach over phone. Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. When someone is trying to reach Superior  court, it almost always for a matter of great importance. Hire more people to improve service. Something needs to change for the people. A lot of holiday days and days of closure... Absurdly ridiculous.
Thank you for this opportunity, I pray that change are made to accommodate.
