Got a ticket that didn't even have correct information, and then the court tries saying if I don't pay they'll suspend my license but NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE I'd pay with debit card on their recording but NOBODY WILL MAIL ME A COPY OF MY CITATION They're literally making it impossible to pay is walk in and give them cash but I moved away long ago now. They'll do whatever they can just to screw you over it looks like. They also have the court staff making reviews for the court so they'll have a better review, pretty pathetic if you ask me

Nobody answers their phone, they have a confusing automated message, everyone i actually talked to had a major attitude and they've used one of their own staff members to leave a good review so they can look better. This is not a courthouse that serves justice or anything right. It should really be shut down or hire all new staff

YOU PEOPLE HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! HELLO......? So can somebody tell me what happened to the REAL Siskiyou County courts website? NOT ONLY WAS THE SITE DOWN FOR OVER A YEAR, BUT NOW, THERE IS THIS _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _? MY DOG COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB UPDATING THIS SITE, IN A MORE TIMELY MANNER, AND FOR THE PRICE OF A BONE! I AM JUST GUESSING THAT IS WHY YOU ARE NOW CHARGING FOR FOR INFORMATION THAT IS FREE TO THE PUBLIC! I THINK SISKIYOU COUNTY BETTER TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT THEIR " NEW AND IMPROVED" SITE. WHAT I READ WAS NOTHING LESS THAN OFFENSIVE, RACIST, IN SOME AREAS, UNLAWFUL, AND TO BE A NATIVE OF THIS COUNTY AND TOWN, am now, ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED. People seeking info or ? ....beware

My husband got a ticket. So we been trying to pay it, there website wouldn't process the payment when we got the letter in the mail nor online. I mailed them a check and had it sent through the USPS 2 day mail express. They have it but because of budget cuts and no one to answer the phone the check is just sitting there and it's really frustrating for the automated system to say please call us between the hours of 10 am to 12 noon to speak to someone and no answers. Hire someone to answer the damn phones and process checks worst court system ever.

Be sure and stop in at the Court House and view the gold display! Siskiyou County has the largest gold display south of the Yukon. This same gold (or a portion of it) was on display at the 1939 World's Fair on Treasure Island in San Francisco! Also walk around the 1950's Court House to view the original Court House that stands hidden in the back. The central portion was built in 1856 with the "wings" added in 1897-8. The original Court House is still in use today and is one of the oldest in California.
