It's a really good school, the teachers are nice and the principles are really Cool and encouraging. Shaw Ave School is  positive and a great way to learn. But I suggest you bring lunch because the cafeteria food there isn't really good. But don't get me wrong the cafeteria lady is really nice, and the ladies that serve the lunch is cool too. Shaw Ave School is a great place for children to learn!!

I currently go to this school and I this it is an okay place to learn.  I have many mixed feelings about it.  For starters, some of the teacher can be very rude towards some children.  For example,  one time the current principal rolled his eyes at one of my peers, simply because he asked what happened.  The student was troubled.  There sometimes appears to be some favoritism toward some students. On the positive side,  it  is a very safe and caring place of learning.  Teachers make sure that all students are given strategies and skills that will be needed to excel in your learning career.  Ther moto is that “we set you up for success.”So I do recommend this school to you, but make sure your child has good behavior and manners and your child will have a good elementary school experience.

I currently go to this school and I love it! 6th grade is the best because you get to go on a whole bunch of cool field trips including adventure land, A broadway musical  and caumsett. One of the  only bad things about it is that the food isn’t the best. Only some lunches are good. Other than that this is a great school!!!

This is the best school ever. Especially when you get to sixth grade you get a great amount of opportunities like going to Adventureland, Caumset, and more. My only concern is that the food isn't that good. This is my honest opinion because I go to this school. Also the staff are really nice like Mr. Rivera and Mr. Colarossi. They also let students chose the activities. 5/5
