My daughter and went to the Spa for a Spa Day and were very pleased with everything. Ilene the receptionist was extremely pleasant and welcoming and she did all the scheduling for us...and was very customer service focused.  We received a Facials and a Massages.  Both were done by excellent technicians that were very pleasant , friendly , customer focused and hard working.   I also had a haircut and style by William who was also excellent- very friendly  and knowledgeable and it really made a difference getting a good haircut..   No one had any airs everyone made us feel comfortable and welcome....and  did a great job. So were were impressed with the services and the staff.  We will  go back again.

I went in for a day at the spa with a gift certificate my husband got me. My appointment was at 8:30 the first appointment.  When I get there they took me 20 minutes late and that was fine with me I had all day available. For my body wrap the steam shower they out me in looked like it was falling apart. There was a cut out in the wall of the shower that was taped on. After my wrap I had to rinse off but they told me the hot water in that shower stopped working last night so I had to rinse off in the cold shower. When I was rinsing off in the cold shower I noticed on the shower head there was a bunch of soap scum hanging. Not what I wanted to see during my cold shower. When I made my appointment the day came with lunch. I informed them that during my lunch time I needed to pump because I was currently breastfeeding and could not go all day without pumping. While I was pumping I was being rushed and told I can only get a 30 minute massage instead of an hour because now they were running behind. Again I informed them of the time I needed when I made this appointment. They ordered my lunch and instead of serving it to me in the container it came in thei put it on a plate they have in the salon. While I was eating I noticed the plate was covered in dust. I would have much rather eaten out of a to go container rather than a dust filled plate. The must might have come from toe nails or finger nails seeing as the table and plate I was eating at was right next to the pedicure rooms. While I was getting my half hour massage the AC was blowing on me and I was cold. They did reimburse half of my money for the time they cut off the massage but needless to say I went in for a relaxing day at the spa and left even more stressed out.

Shear Artistry Day Spa & Salon has taken care of me for over 30+ years!  They are awesome.  I have never left either the Salon or Day Spa feeling like a new person.  If you are looking for a creative and competent staff, this is the place for you.  The owner, Janina Cummings, maintains a clean and fun environment at Shear Artistry Day Spa and Salon.

Brianne is extremely talented and I've loved having her as my stylist at Shear Artistry. She is focused and really listens to what you would like out of your visit. She provides great professional advice and is very knowledgeable! Everyone was friendly and inviting. My experiences here have been relaxing and enjoyable!

I have had wonderful experiences at this salon! I have had my hair cut and colored by a great, young stylist Brianne! She truly takes the time to understand what you want the end result to be and offers fun and new suggestions! I have been satisfied with every cut and color that she has done! The salon also offers eyebrow waxing and eyebrow tinting! It is great environment to spend time being beautified!
