Story

Rachel has had a passion for the hair and beauty industry all her life. She has been licensed for more than seven years and the business owner of "Shear Concepts" for the last 2.
In that time she has mastered a wide range of hair techniques including extensions, long and short hair cuts, custom colors and up-styles.

Rachel believes in continual education and strives to stay at the forefront of her field with her knowledge of new products and services in order to
provide excellent service to her clientele. She attends hair shows annually and has attended advanced cutting and coloring courses in California, Portland and Washington
staying updated on all the latest trends so that she can give you the look you want.

She specializes in custom colors, highlights, lowlights, gray coverage and color corrections using a wide range of color products including
Framesi, Goldwell, and the new revolutionary hair color system INOA. Rachel is also certified as an I-tip extensions specialist and offers BABE brand REMY hair.
She has also taken advanced courses in hair cutting from Sexy Hair, KMS, and Crew. However special occasion styling, and airbrush make-up are her true passions. She has even taught advanced course of up-styling to other hair stylists as an Educator for Sexy Hair in Alaska and Washington.
