First time at this Great Clips. Seen the sign for 9.99 so i Stopped in. If you want a great fade go to Dorett. She nailed  it!!!!

Yesterday I went to get the 9.99 special haircut. I had 20 dollars in the bank and had just dropped off a prescription that was going to cost me 10 . so I figured I'd get a haircut. Went to pay and the receipt said 9.99. I signed it however had no money to tip so didn't. Went to get meds and had insufficient funds. Checked and I had been billed 15 for my haircut. Went back to talk to the stylist and she said ' oh I must have fat fingers. ... I gave her my card and she swiped it and said " it will be back on there tomorrow'. Its tomorrow and its 5p.m. and its not there. Went to the store and talked with a different lady who was able to pull everything up and there is a separate box that on the computer had the tip entered into it. Worst thing is the lady who did this is an assistant manager or manager!!... So I asked this other lady to call her higher up boss and upon doing so I was given back my 5 dollars. Nevermind the he'll I went through without my meds last night/today or the wasted time I spent getting to the bottom of it. Very much upset and disappointed. Should have at least gotten all my money back or been able to talk with management. Unacceptable if anything, strictly based on the simple princapple of it!!!!!!

This was one of the worst hair cuts I have ever received. The stylist, Chau, barely spoke English. He complained that I kept changing my mind between a "bob" and "layers". I never asked for a bob. Then he started to complain to his coworker. The cut sucked. They charge $7 for a shampoo! I will have to go to another salon just to get this bad cut cleaned up a little bit. And to add insult to injury, his coworker tried to sell me some product. My hair is thin. So just give me a decent cut. I don't ask for miracles. Hair Masters is much better but my regular stylist is on a 2 week vacation.

Nice place, but aweful haircuts. Was surprised that lady did boys haircut with scissors, but at the end she couldn't fix it... will never come again... do recommend...:(
