Lexi at the front desk is such a wonderful person...they are blessed to have her. Shear Ego is absolutely stunning.They cater to all of your 5 senses and go out of their way to make you happy. Today Carly gave me the best massage. She was on a healing mission. I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing.You must treat yourself to this top notch place..loved everything!!!

My gf and I went for a couples massage last wk I wanted a deep tissue and I certainly got that... The session with this therapist named Natashia from the beginning seemed rushed, awkward and I felt that she just did not want to be there. I also felt that she didn't take into consideration my own personal comfort while doing the message. Not taking care when moving my head from side to side. I tried to explain to her that I don't like my arms messaged hard and I thought she understood but she grabbed my one arm during the massage and felt like she took my skin right off. I understand we are all human and we make mistakes but as I was pealing myself off the ceiling her lack of sympathy of the situation is what pisses me off the most about this therapist...not cool not professional and I can think of other ways to spend 160.00 dollars. Good news is that they have beer stocked in the cooler.

Jackie Leonard is an amazing stylist!! She knows just how to do my hair the way I like it. She is the most talented stylist I have ever met and I think that she is a true asset for Shear Ego Salon to have. Keep up the wonderful work Jackie!

Amazing service!! Hannah worked wonders on my hair. Very welcoming environment, with amazing results. She discussed what I wanted to have going on for my new look, and I gave her some free reign to do what she thought would look fabulous with my hair type. She layered my hair just right, gave me the best blowout of my life, and even curled my hair. 10/10!

Edward at Shear Ego is the best! I am lucky that I've found him, not only because he is a great stylist, but also because he is a great person. I am usually not loyal to hairdressers, but as long as I live in Rochester, NY I'll be seeing him! He did my hair for my wedding and my husband was blown away! Exactly what I wanted! :) Thank you, Edward and Shear Ego team!
