Shear Elegance Salon & Spa is London, Ontario’s premier day spa and a renowned leader in the spa industry. And it’s not only due to the extensive selection of pampering services they offer; the caliber of award winning and highly trained hair stylists, estheticians, therapists, and holistic practitioners on staff; or the unrivaled steps they take to ensure the health and safety of their customers. Shear Elegance has developed a reputation for delivering what their clients call, the “wow factor.”

Owners (and brothers) Ahmad & Joe Osman learned customer service at the heels of their parents who operated a thriving, small town family restaurant. Working alongside their parents from a very young age, they witnessed relationship-building and quality service in action every day. And they discovered how delivering more than was expected quickly led to success.

After working in other hair salons for nearly two decades, the brothers drew from their parents’ example and created their own family business – one that could inspire their children to begin their own journey to success in the future.

Shear Elegance has continued to grow and expand since its inception in 2005 while retaining its family atmosphere. They have created a Mediterranean oasis in the heart of the city where their entire team shares the same passion and core values. Ahmad & Joe have composed a culture where everyone works together to ensure that every client who walks through the door feels they have slipped out of the real world and into a sanctuary where anything is possible.
