Wow what customer service! You call them and they put you on hold to test your patience and help you be a better person! Oh and finally they hung up! Kudos to them! I feel being in RIT around students and maybe having a constant business has induced this ego into them! Anyways maybe an advice for them would be to go through some basic training of how to run a business and also learn some humility! I understand having so much hair around you all day must be a bit annoying but when you choose to run a business, run it the right way!

Worst customer experience ever. I call them and they said they'll put me on hold, like didn't even ask me would it be OK if I put you on hold for few minutes, Nothing!! So here I am waiting for more than 5 mins and they hang up on me. 

Before this I asked if i could get my legs and hands waxed, completely ignored what I wanted and she said sure we can do Hands just because she didn't have the time for both. So I told her that I would like both my hands and legs waxed and then she responded saying we can only do Hands. Really rude and pretending to be nice. The only thing good about them is they use good wax for sensitive skin. The only reason I would go. Not anymore!

They are really nice and patience. They will fix your hair style until you satisfied. Really love this place. I recommend Jeannie if you like layered haircut.

If you know what you want and know how to describe the haircut to them, they will br wonderful in assisting you. But make sure you are accurate or else you'll end up with a haircut you don't like.
