I have been to this salon twice now and both of my experiences have been more than stellar. Each time they have exceeded my expectations and their customer service is amazing. My first visit was for a last minute up-do appointment for my wedding reception and I couldn't have been happier with the results. The up-do lasted for 8+ solid hours of dancing and extreme heat. 

On my second visit, more than 8 months later, Jessica remembered who I was the minute I entered the door, which was a very unexpected surprise! By the time Jessica finished with my haircut, my hair was the thinnest it has ever been (still thick though!). The styling was amazing and this was the first time I have been truly 100% happy with the end result. I finally feel like my hair is manageable and able to be worn down without feeling like I have a blanket on my neck! On top of it all, Jessica makes it a very comfortable experience as she is very easy to talk to, no one likes getting an awkward hair dresser. Cannot say enough good things about this salon, would highly recommend!

I am very conservative and do not like change. I finally let go and had Guylaine do whatever she wanted on my hair....she is amazing! My hair has never looked better! It's so healthy and much easier to control. Sheer Elegance is the only place to go. Thank you Guylaine!
