Love ALL the diffent products to choose from. Whether drug store brands to high end brands. The employees are pretty knowledgeable and if one of them doesn't know the answer they will find someone that does. The only thing I didn't like is that every person came up to me and asked me if I needed help some even came two or three times. I understand that they do that to be cautious of theft but it gets very annoying after eight times.

This location is the worst Ulta I have ever been in. A few times I have been forced to buy from this location because it is nearby my home, however every time I go here the customer service is TERRIBLE. The "managers" I encounter every time I am there seem to be the worst ones at delivering customer service and are so rude. I drive 30 minutes to the next closest Ulta because I hate shopping at this one. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache... just drive to the Mall of NH location.

Like any makeup store they are pricey. Lots of great products. Coustomer service was horrible. I looked around for 20 minutes and no one asked if I needed help with anything. Cashier was friendly and helpful when I cashed out. If you know what your going in there for then it's a good place to go. Just don't expect any help.

Don't go in and expect any friendly help. Girl's are RUDE-! After my last visit, I learned to drive right pass Ulta & go spend my money at Sephora. Staff is always willing to help there. .... But its not just this ulta, Seems like it's most Ulta's...
