The obtuse staff here reminded me why I don't usually go to Sheetz. This company makes the simplest things an inconvenient hassle. I get an email from them that I have points to spend on a choice of items. So I pick one of those items at this store and asked the cashier to use those points on the item. First cashier has no clue. Second cashier was ridiculously pedantic with boring attitude about the whole thing (for a $1 candy bar mind you) made me show him the email and then finally tells me I have to login to their website and redeem for a specific item first. Not very convenient for a convenience store. Sorry I have a life. Most places would let you redeem points at point of sale, and cashier's attitude was nauseatingly pompous.

We came to here for gas and used to coffee and  water bottles which are low price for compare to others.

I've stopped here several times and enjoyed each time. Store is nice, clean, and spacious. Plus I like the outdoor and indoor seating areas, which are perfect for families on a long road trip.

The made to order (MTO) food made me face-to-toilet sick. Let's replace the two e's in Sheetz with an i and rebrand MTO as "Massive Trauma to Organs."
