Staff doesn't have proper training to operate the store without a manager. Could not sell me gift cards because of a new system - told me to come back to buy these when a manager was there. Why was the manager not there on a new system day with untrained employees? I have worked in retail for years, new systems come with directions. They were lazy. Husband tried to buy tobacco advertised for sale by Sunoco at this location. Was told "I don't know how to ring up this at the sale price so you will have to pay full price." He told them this is not how it works, and left.
