Unfortunately the quality of Sheetz has gone down while their prices have skyrocketed. This location also is getting an increased amount of panhandlers hanging around it, much like the Dual Hwy & N Cannon St location had. It used to be a nice Sheetz to go to.
I really like Café del Sol. I’ve tried the locations in Martinsburg and off of Salem Boulevard in Hagerstown. So, I decided to try the location off of Eastern Boulevard today. I wanted to take my mother there for her 77th birthday. When I went in I thought the restaurant was clean, open, and inviting. So, I waited for a hostess to seat us. And that, is where our experience ended. Despite having two employees see me I.e, meet my eyes from the kitchen, neither of them let us know that someone would be with us. I realize their job may not have been to wait on or to seat us; however, they could’ve let us know someone would be on the way. They could have also let someone know that customers were waiting to be seated , but neither person did so. During time I waited I did not see a waitress or a host. I admit I’m a little impatient, the weight may have been less than five minutes, but my thought was if I have to wait, this long for someone to speak to me, even to smile and say that someone would be with us momentarily, how was the service going to be? That, is when I left. I also left thinking this experience could’ve been much nicer had someone just offered a little friendliness. I was taught that every restaurant employee, no matter who it is, is there to provide a service to their customers. It’s incumbent upon every employee to acknowledge and let the customer know what to expect or help the customer by finding someone that can either let the customer what to expect or to help the customer outright. Today’s customer service is really disappointing. Hopefully, if you go to this restaurant, your experience will be much better. Hope this helps.
I have been going to this Sheetz for about a year.This morning 3/23 was the absolute worst.There was a group of people in the kitchen laughing joking loudly it was distracting. Someone had turned the music up so loud that my wife and l complained to the cashier. There was a black woman and a very tall woman both wearing gray shirts. No one appeared to be working except the cashier and a male who was sweeping the floor. The kitchen floor was a mess and no one paid attention to it. Hot dogs and trash scattered everywhere. Doesn’t anyone work on the weekends? Our last time for this store.
Food was made horribly, they gave us what seemed like day old fries and cheese curds the cheese wasn't even melted. They clearly don't clean the food prep areas cause the burrito I got had a bunch of stuff in it that wasn't even what I ordered. Never again
Love it, except for the fact that he screwed up the main thing I love going in there for and that was chili hot dogs and they changed her chili to what they think is real chilly but it's not it's nasty I guess it's real chilly but it's not what you need to be putting on the hot dogs you need to bring the steamer back or sloppy joe that's what you're supposed to put on hot dogs not this nasty fake looking chili so please change it back and people out there if you'll like steamer and don't know how to make it it's simple well I make it bulk so but I'm going to try to just bring it down to a pound of hamburger and probably one or two cans of manwich depending and then also medium size I'm going to ketchup you can probably use all of it and then a generator squirt of mustard to taste and while you're cooking in the meat dehydrated onions and also salt and pepper.
This location has the best customer service I have ever experienced from a Sheetz. Every time I have reached out with a food order "issue", the person answering immediately wants to offer a way to correct it or if I have a question, they are eager to assist. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.
No matches. Ever. Prepaid food is never brought to pick up area. It's also not placed on a counter. You must go to register to pickup, or yell at someone preparing food.
Horrible can't get deli items right no matter how many times u send it back. Called back and talk to manager and he pretty much said what do u want me to do about it. Way to go BRAD the manager
Wasn't happy with the Chicken Caesar wrap I ordered and the staff went above and beyond to fix the issue. I don't usually like to complain because I know they deal with a lot of jerks, but the person who helped me did not make me feel like a bother at all.
There were flies in the donut case! This was not the first time I've witnessed this and the employee had a blank reaction when I mentioned it to them. This Sheetz location is always worse than other surrounding locations and restrooms aren't very clean nor the tables to eat at. Tons of Ice in my smoothie not chopped up small enough to go up the straw and have had the same problem with milkshakes. Lack of attention to detail all around at this location.
