I have been having to visit since 1998 unfortunately-Carrie in plans review and Alicia are absolutely fantastic. However there are a few that are so rude I dread having to go in and conduct business.

They tagged one of our locations for not having a permit that they keep.  However a fire destroyed their records so i am at fault apparently for that.  Then they do not take credit cards or checks. only cash.  I explained we are a multi-billion dollar company, the largest in our industry. "sorry Sir that is the procedure"  then i spent 30 minutes on hold only to be hung up on.  

what can you do? it is government run, there are no service scores, no supervisors that care nor do they make any attempt to work with you.  every private industry works hard to take care of people, not government, its just a paycheck, not a job, there are no performance goals or incentives to succeed.  it is a shame
