Mission Statement:
We will provide Shelby Countians with an efficient emergency telephone number service using the latest proven technology by equipping the various emergency service providers within Shelby County, including police; fire and ambulance, with all call answering equipment and training for call takers. We will also educate Shelby Countians in the proper use of the emergency telephone number service.
