4pm on a Sunday there was no attendant. The credit price is 5% higher than their exorbitant SC price, just go down the street to a sheets. The attendant never came back, the pump wouldn't take credit and wouldn't apply the shell rewards fuel card, just said see cashier.

This station does not participate in the Shell Fuel Rewards program. The fuel price advertised on the sign is the cash price. The credit card price is much higher. I believe this is the most expensive gas station in State College. Sheetz is close by as an alternative.
