All of the pumps have the filliing lock on the pumps removed. So you have to hold the pump handle the whole time you are filling up.

I was ready to pay and cashier keep talking to his friend. I keep staring at him like really you see me and your not going to help me. After about a minute of waiting to see if he would stop talking to his friend and help me, I told him that I'm ready to pay. That's when they ended there conversation and finally helped me.
