Car wash did not get the lower sides of my vehicle clean. Waste of time and money.

Register personele wouldn't allow me to use my shell gift card because I didn't know the exact amount on the card.  I asked him to run the card through the machine nicely. He told me he couldn't because he would have to void my back of cigarettes and red bull . He couldn't take the two seconds to void it - run my card then tell me the balance on my shell gas card then ring up my items. Things got heated and he told me to, "Go f*** yourself." In front of other customers. I called corporate but it's privately franchised. Gas is gas. Their customer service sucks at this location. So if you go inside of any reason don't be expected to be treated as one.
