We worked with Cathy Fredrick and other members of The Green Team to  purchase our first home. Cathy  was a very helpful, friendly, and professional realtor! We were so thrilled with using the Green Team.
Someone on the team was always available through phone calls, text or email.  Shelley was great to listen to our thoughts.  She gave advise but did not make us feel bad if we felt different on anything. We sold our home within a couple of weeks. We closed on our foreclosed  home we were buying months earlier then  everyone (besides the Green Team) said we could.
All the extras are great also such as the moving truck. 
  We have recommended Shelley and her team to many others and they have all been thrilled also.

We used Dani Bunch to sell our rental house a couple of years ago and she was outstanding and we can't speak highly enough of her experience with real estate.

From start to finish she was very responsive, kind and a constant professional.

I would definitely recommend her for all your real estate needs.

Dani was awesome! Made our house hunting experience great. We found a house and needed to go back to see it many times before we settled on it. She was always willing to meet us and show us again. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Dani and the Green Team did an excellent job assisting us on the sell of our home and the purchase of our new home. We will use them in the future if we need to sell/purchase again. We will  definitely recommend them. Thanks again.

Kara was awesome! Anytime I had a question she was able to get an answer right away. She also helped us understand where our investment made more sense and understand the area, since we are not from the DFW area. Meagan kept constant contact with us while going through the process so we always knew where would stood along the way. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!!
