Justin Shaw is by for the absolute best insurance agent I have ever worked with! My family and I have had are insurance through Justin for over 10 years and he has done an incredible job! He's always a phone call/text away and always helpful whenever I have a problem or question. He always goes above and beyond to help his customers! He is more than just an insurance agent to us he is a friend! If anyone is looking for a GREAT insurance company… I recommend Justin Shaw at Shelter Insurance in Union City, TN.

Justin Shaw is the definition to great "customer service", he's always a phone call or text away and has an answer to my questions. I've recommended him many times to friends and family that needing a good experience with a insurance company and many times they would say thanks for introducing them to Justin Shaw & Shelter Insurance. When a claim arrives unexpected Justin takes the hassle out of it and makes you feel confident that he will see that everything will be took care of!! So thanks Justin Shaw & Shelter Insurance you guys are a great team!!

Mr. Shaw is the absolute best insurance agent I have ever worked with! He is always accessible and always helpful whenever I have a problem or question. He has had my insurance business for over 10 years and has done an incredible job! I was recently in an auto accident and working with Justin was the easiest thing I have ever done. He had adjusters call me that same day and I have my claim resolved within a few short days. He always goes above and beyond to help his customers! Mr. Shaw will always have my insurance business.

He answers my questions, returns calls promptly, and helps me determine the best coverage for my family. The claims I've had have been handled smoothly and quickly. I very much appreciate the way Justin and his staff have helped me take good care of my family and our property.
