There is no doubt that Shepherd Eye Center has the best eye care in Las Vegas. I had cataract surgery there with Dr. Steven Hansen. He is the best medical professional -- not just in eye care and surgery , but in the entire medical profession -- that I have ever come across. He treats you not just as a human being, but as family. That, and his devotion to excellence, sets him apart. He gives it to you straight, answers all your questions and concerns, and then takes care of business. Why would go anywhere else?

First of all, thank God I did not go through with cataract surgery at this dump and went back to my doctor in Dallas Texas, one of the best in the world! Not only was my doctor more thorough, went the extra mile to insure that my surgeries were successful and that I felt at ease but presenting me with a ZERO balance due because they are competent enough to file my insurance correctly!! Shepherd?? Please...they are co-paying me to death! I gave them the correct insurance info for all the good it did. Now they are calling me long distance to dog me for a lousy $14. I am paying it just to shut them up and get them off my back. They are rude from the front to the back...what else is new in Las Vegas??

I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the eyes operations performed by Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Montgomery in 2003. Since then I have visited your Eye Center for regular checks up and the staff was always very polite and HIGHLY professional. To ALL the staff my sincere thanks!! Antonia Andonova

Had cataract surgery with perfect result. No sales pressure like some other doctors. Emergency appoints easy to get. Happy with them.
