Small gym, but it's clean and not usually that busy. They used to do deals on Groupon and Livingsocial, but it looks like that stop doing that. The cost of hotel guests visiting is $10/day. I think they should just throw that in as a benefit, but I guess the number crunchers know better.

You know, you get what you pay for, and I expected less. I got a groupon for a six-month membership here, and it's been great. It has everything I need, though I do not like to shower there, which is why I always pick gyms close to home. But I can shower there in a pinch. The facility is good, the trainers are friendly and very helpful, and it has a very welcoming vibe. Clean (I see someone cleaning nearly every time I'm there) and they even keep a fruit bowl out (way better than, say, Planet Fitness, which provides pizza and bagels once a week... so helpful for weight loss).

The bathroom and dressing rooms are filthy, hair balls, etc. I was stretching on a mat and saw a dead roach on the floor right next to me! I could have stepped on it in bare feet. I took a photo of it, and was going to write a letter to the management. Surprising to have a gym this dirty in a well known hotel brand in the middle of midtown Manhattan. Very surprised!

Great Gym. Nice Space. Cool Staff and its the Sheraton. Nuff Said.

Location is everything. They have a great staff, a weight room, and cardio room. They've increased their treadmills and upgraded their stationary bikes.
