This resort has always been one of my favorites and I have been coming here or well over 10 years. The staff is super helpful and always available to assist you with any thing that you need. The on site dining options are good and there is always something to do with the activities group. Rooms are always clean and if there is ever an issue it is handled quickly and efficiently. Over all great property.

Great condo. Clean and luxurious rooms with all the comforts of home and more. The grounds are absolutely incredible to behold. We have spotted turtles, Osprey, numerous birds and lizards on our short walk to the pool and as we sit on our patio. We played trivia at the local hangout, listened to live music and played Bingo all right at the resort. Very relaxing and simply enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

Pros - Villa was upgraded from standard one bedroom to premium (booked through Costco), and had been nicely renovated with granite counters and a jacuzzi tub.  Fully equipped full kitchen including a blender and a toaster.  The location is super convenient to Disney, Universal, Seaworld, shopping, etc., but there is plenty to do on the resort. 

Cons - The check in process took FOREVER and included being handed off to a concierge who offered us "free" gifts.  We were given a $100 gift card as a "thank you" to Costco members and all we had to do was attend a "preview" of the property the next day. Exhausted from the trip and just wanting to get to our room we agreed to the preview. This ended up being a high pressure time share sales pitch. There was no circumstance in which we were going to purchase a time share on impulse and we informed the salesman of that as well as his manager when she came to offer us a "better deal" which we promptly declined. Then we were passed to another person who offered us a discount card for our next vacation for the low price of $1675 which we also declined. After two hours we were free to enjoy the rest of our vacation. 

I would definitely stay at this property again and decline the time share preview.

This resort is in a great location, 10 minutes away from Disney World and Sea World. The rooms are huge and very well equipped. We have a full kitchen with pans and pots, we also have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. The service is phenomenal, everybody is really friendly and very helpful. I would definitely be recommending this place to friends and family and I will definitely come back here.

The rooms are nice. Clean upon check in. Amenities are good. Stayed here about 8 yrs ago & loved it. They've definitely kept up with the place. My only complaint was it taking an hour to get checked in because the person responsible for our welcome packet decided he would goof off and socialize with his coworkers. Plenty of guest that checked in after us got their packets & room keys quick. We had to complain on several occasions to get our stuff.
