I washed my car here but they didn’t wash completely. All dust can see on the dock and console. I am dissatisfied.

I go there weekly. Go before 10am, for a significant discount.  Quality is excellent. Cleaning the car is a three stage process. First, the interior and trunk (boot) are vacuumed. Next, the exterior is sprayed with water, hand rubbed with soft, soapy gloves, rinsed, sprayed with liquid wax and blown dry.  Finally, the car is driven to the finishing area where its given a rubdown, inside and out. The windows are carefully detailed. There are two wating areas, inside, which is air conditioned, and on the patio. Inside, you can view the cleaning process through large windows. Snacks, gadgets and greeting cards are available. Outside, you sit on a comfortable chair to watch the completion. When the detailer is finished he waves a cloth. Tips are appricated. Expect a significent delay the day before a holiday.  Wheelchair accessible including bathrooms.

A car wash should get your car clean. Right? Well, apparently if you're Sherman Oaks Car Wash, the answer is No. The three times I went here, here, I've left with windows that are misty and streaky. Every single time I've had to re-clean the windows myself.

Fashion Square Car Wash, just a bit down the road, is far superior. Their prices are lower, they have coupons on their web site to save even more, and they're right off the freeway--very convenient for when you're coming or going. So go there.

Not even worth giving one star but had to give one to post.  

The worst customer service ever experienced.  The man that takes the orders should be fired because he knows nothing about customer service.  He is so rude and highly strung he should never be left to handle customers.  And the help that takes the money have no time to even smile.  Honestly, go to Encino for a car wash.  This place is the absolute pits!
