Had car clay barred and buffed and waxed came out nice

I have a nice car and this is my go-to place for car washes. Can be a bit slow at times but only because they take great care with the cleanup, washing and drying. Offer everything from basic wash 2 full details.

Worst $21 I've ever spent ever. As I walked up to the car I actually said haven't you cleaned it yet! Had to wash my car again myself when I got home. The guy polishing it said 'what do you expect for $21!' I don't expect huge patches of dirt all over the car which you have missed! 'It's because it's a black car I was told! My reply: 'Doesn't matter if it's red, white or black dirt is dirt! Won't ever use this lot again! Extremely disappointed.
