So I'm a recent former employee I left the 1st of sept, the only thing going for them is the other technician very great guy but the two owners try to run 3 businesses and couldn't afford me to pay me and was cutting my hrs back, also to add to it the wife does not know anything about computers don't let her full you she has lied to customers and they fall for it its a shady place to work!!! I also have pictures of pirated wins 10 so beware of getting you PC upgraded.and the post below is a person that works for them and is not a customer and most of the 5 stars are friends so don't be fooled......

Bought a used laptop on 7/14/17. Clerk lied about battery life. Told me it would last up to 8 hours but it only lasted about 15 minutes. Unit spent over an hour "removing a virus" and kept popping up with notifications it had more. Took it back less than 24 hours after purchase and they refused a refund. They offered to fix it but it was supposed to have already fully passed their inspection process. Very arrogant in my opinion as well. Took the pc to Best Buy and traded it in at a significant loss. I will NEVER deal with these arrogant people again!

They misdiagnosed a problem i had,the owner recommend a new hard drive..he took it to the back and did some kind of diagnostic. I asked will that solve it for sure ?...yes..... we guarantee it he said. So I spent 270 dollars and it didn't fix it ,the original symptom is there. I think they knew this but because they had spent money on a part they tried to jerryrig it back together, when I picked it up they were updating the OS and it crashed again,I have since learnt MacBooks have a problem with AMD chips switching that causes the crashes and needs a specialist to re solder it back. I seriously doubt they didn't know that ! Its a second laptop that the family uses and I let too much time go by to tell them the problem still exists ...so they pulled the its been too long card contact my lawyer and hung up on me. IF you go here get it in writing whatever they say and go back before the 30 days

Took my pc to these guys a few years ago. It needed a power supply. The girl called a couple of days later to tell me it was ready, and quoted the charges; $72. When I went to pick it up that evening, the girl wasn't there, and the guy quoted me $120. I told him the girl had quoted me $72., and he said; "it cost us that much for the parts". I said; "I didn't bring that much with me", and he said; "how much do you have?", and then took all that I had. They loaded it into my van. I came home to jump on the internet, and...they had failed to put the modem back in. I had to take it back for them to put the parts back into it, and then they said; "no charge"! A few short weeks later, the pc went down completely, and when I took it to the Geek Squad, the man said; "whoever put that power supply in, put in the wrong one, and it was not powerful enough to run the machine properly, that's why we cannot recover your data". I filed charges against them, but of course nothing came of it. If I could give them a minus ten stars, I would. I certainly would not take ANY ITEM to them for any kind of servicing, and can't imagine how they have stayed in business this long!
