Sears is a bit on the decay, service can range from hard to impossible to find. It always feels empty and the prices are no better than anywhere else. It markets itself as a one stop shop for all you're needs with mediocre tool selection, beds and appliances that would probably be better if bought elsewhere, and a lackluster clothing section. While it's not bad enough to explicitly avoid, it's not good enough to go out of the way to shop here.

This is my review for Sears Auto: Don't bother scheduling an appointment, it's pretty much the same experience as walking in. However, on the other hand, it's convenient that they'll already know what you're there for ahead of time just don't expect your service to start at your requested time. Other than that, the staff are really friendly. There was a dissatisfied customer that came in during my visit and the staff handled the interaction in a professional manner. My service lasted longer than what I was initially told, but they were actively busy so it was understandable. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and left with no issues. I will likely make this location my primary auto care service!

Called about a fridge repair. The first guy didn't fix the fridge but charged us over $216 FOR LABOR FOR ROUGHLY 45 MINUTES OF WORK, THEN ANOTHER $50 FOR PARTS!!! This didn't fix the fridge. The next guy shows up and instead of knocking, he leaves a note on the door, luckily we saw him and stopped him before he got in his truck and left. He identified the problem, but had to order parts (another $100 for parts, but we refused to pay for less than 10 minutes of labor). He said one of the repair men would be back to fix the fridge that coming Tuesday. I was home all day and nobody showed up. Another issue is that the second guy could not tell us whether the first part that was replaced is actually broken or if the first visit was a complete rip off.

Customer service is a joke. If u like getting passed around and never getting an answer go with these people. They are pros.
