I can't say enough about how helpful the staff was at this store. They were very knowledgeable about colors and color schemes. I was in this store about 5 times over the course of week choosing colors, buying samples and then buying multiple gallons of paint. The prices and quality level are listed visibly for customers to see what they will be paying. I didn't feel they were trying to get me to buy more expensive paint. I went with the super paint which is mid tier quality paint. I painted two coats and love the quality and color of the paint.
I had a great time shopping for supplies, the 2 employees were extremely busy w several customers at one time, yet they always welcomed new customers. They were very helpful w finding the right paint, stain n clear finish that I needed. I will recommend this store to others, & definitely will go back if I need more paint supplies :
Great people and knowledgeable staff, but I am constantly having issues with what I want being in stock. Past three times I've had to wait for them to request it from another store. Orders online may be partially filled, but are marked as ready without notice that something might be missing, so you can show up and only find half you order ready and will have to wait for them to call another store, then come back to finish the order. But in the meantime, you can always paint half a room I guess.
Stephen offered amazing customer service! This was our first time buying paint from Sherwin Williams and we're new to painting in general. He helped make sure we had the colors / gloss mix that we wanted and even suggested the primer for our wood paneling, which I had no idea would be useful. Even carried the paint to the truck, which was really nice of him. We will definitely be back!
This place is not a place to go to if you are in a time constraint. They had from what I saw 4 people working and the pace was slow. Really only one was helping customers. I saw 4 customers leave because of the slowness. They just walked out. There where 6 more standing in line. It took us 1 hour to buy 3 gallons of paint.
I went to this SW store to get a small amount of a specific color of paint, and Rafael went out of his way to find the right match even though I didn't need very much. Fantastic customer service!
This is my favorite paint store. I've been painting for almost 2 decades and there's no better place than here. They have the best products and services! If you have a question about anything paint related, these guys will be happy to help you.
Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the interior paint and color I wanted. Very patient too with this indecisive customer. The paint is awesome on my walls and only took one coat.
Michael Bell @ Sherwin Williams SW is awesome and matched 6 year old paint perfectly! We let another store try before SW and well... it wasn’t close. Thank you Michael Bell for helping us keep our sanity and not have to repaint an entire entryway, hallway, and bedroom. We will see you again with our next project!
