Unimpressed. Went in to do some exploring and I was rather shocked at the way the showroom was. Very little on the shelves and from what I've heard through multiple others it seems this is a common occurrence. Knowledge and service are that of a big box store, I don't feel as though I can put my mind at ease with advice I'm given whether that's the right brush for the job or the proper steps. I also got the impression that I was a bother by being there asking my questions and inquiries.
