Absolutely horrific customer service! The "so-called" manager is as rude as they get. He actually said to me and I quote, "Let me put it simple for you." No, Mr. Latino with glasses, let me put it simple for you. You are condescending and TOTALLY rude. With your disrespectful attitude, you should be unemployed, let alone be a manager. What a joke you truly are as a manager!!!!! Also, a terrible example for your fellow employees.

The Oregon DMV is the worst DMV I've ever dealt with in three different states. You never get the same answer twice. They tell you what you need and when you come back with what they said someone else tells you it's no good. The good news is if you don't like the answer, just go to another one. There's a 50-50 chance what you're trying to do will work at the next one. What a joke!

In & Out in less than 10 minutes. I actually had to hurry finishing my application/paperwork before my number was called! A funny fella helped me with no problems (although I expected some) and made me laugh by saying something I had not expected, but he knew only a guy like me would not mind hearing. haha My trip here turned my day around from awful to great. Will be here next time for any DMV needs.

Oregon DMVs are consistently the worst I've been to in the Western US. Staff here is no exception. The only redeeming quality is the line moves relatively quick. Just hope the person who advises you on the phone and the agent you see have a shared idea of what the process is! Chances are, they'll look for a way to send you away.
