Good food, everything else leaves something to be desired. You have to share a table with other guests, which is awkward if you’re not a social type. We could tell that some of the waiters were very competent, but ours we could barely hear she was speaking so softly, which made it difficult to order in the loud restaurant. She ended up getting my husband’s order wrong, And she never came back to run our payment. We had to catch one of the other waiters passing by. The atmosphere was a little confusing. I think that any fun we had watching our meal being cooked was destroyed by sticker shock when we got our check. They charge for refills and they still charge individually if you decide to split an order.

It's pretty hard to understand how this restaurants rating is over a 4 star. I ordered the hibachi chicken. Supposed to come with shrimp. The plate looked like they took it out of a frozen entree box and threw it into a pan to heat it up. The chicken was dry. Took awhile to chew it. The vegetables out weighed the chicken on the plate, and half of the vegetables were mushrooms. The fried rice was hard. The only good thing was the California roll I ordered. Again it's just my opinions but feel free to try for yourself

Not worth the money, very expensive for the poor quality of food and service. Dirty bathrooms, bad sushi, expensive beer. All around it was pretty terrible.

We have been eating at this restaurant for over 12 years and have generally been satisfied. I did however have a less than stellar experience on my last visit. I ordered to go and requested that no soy sauce be placed in the bag ( I don't like soy sauce on my sushi and they put it in little cups, not packets, and they tend to leak). By the time I got home and opened my bag, the soy sauce had leaked all over. The cup of sauce was sitting on top of my sushi box and it spilled down into the box soaking the bottom of my roll. This was unfortunate and I was disappointed, but not too upset. I called and had to leave a message about what had happened and a few hours later I got a call back. I ended up speaking with the general manager who proceeded to tell me I should have told them not to put soy sauce in the bag. I told him I did, and he was the one who took my order. He said well I couldn't hear you clearly. I said regardless of how it came about, my sushi was still soaked in soy sauce which I don't eat. He said next time you tell them no soy sauce, there will be no soy sauce, good day. Then he hung up. I guess I just expected better from a restaurant I have been going to for over a decade. 😞

Good prices. The building is aged a little but the food wasn't bad. Staff was nice.
