Facilities: family friendly, great spacious outdoor pool and hot tub, a bit dated with shabby carpet. Room: comfortable and functional though a bit dated. Good beds & pillows. Service: very good Breakfast: needs more selections but at least it's hot. No fruit no cereal, no toast, just coffee, juice, ham eggs potatoes and biscuits/gravy.

We were in town for an event and this place gave my boyfriend and I the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. When we checked in, we were told by Aaron that we could pay with cash when we checked out and they only needed the card for reservation purposes. When we went to our room, it was filthy. We requested a new room and Aaron took care of us with ease. He upgraded us to another room for a small fee. During our stay, we had the complimentary breakfast and it was a bust. Grossest biscuits and gravy and the eggs were rubber. The next morning we thought we'd give it another chance because that day was offered a buffet breakfast. It was no better. To top it all off when we went to check out we were told that the card on file had been charged. Not only did that overdraft my account but there was an overdraft fee topped on every purchase we had made that weekend. When we went back to discuss the issue and ask for our receipt that we didnt receive, we were appalled by the action. Not only did Aaron say that he didn't remember telling us that we could pay cash, but that there was nothing he could do. He then began to scream at us as if we were being hostile. We were simply trying to figure out why they charged the card when he said he had written it in our notes on the room. He was beyond rude. When we said that we would be calling the GM, he interrupted us by screaming saying, "Fine then. Just call the GM and talk to him!" And put his arms in the air. We walked out. We will be in touch with corporate to settle this issue. We vow to NEVER stay here or at any Shilo again.

Kayla did a great job; very friendly & very efficient. Clean rooms, great amenities and service. Restaurant food & service awesome! Wait staff were great and very hospitable.

Staff was nice, rooms were clean but very old . Bed was comfortable. Coffee pot microwave and fridge. They have a nice restaurant-made-to-order breakfast. It is in a convenient location and much cheaper than other nearby options. Definitely a functional room--not a luxury hotel but adequate to meet your needs.

Rooms were nice and staff was quite helpful and polite. Need to work on improving the restaurant which is contracted by someone else. Breakfast is included but food was cold and under cooked. Location was nice next to Columbia River with a fantastic trail behind the Inn to take a morning hike or exercise.
