There were maybe 4 - 6 others when we arrived, and bartender said she'd take our order in a couple minutes. At lease 10 - 12 minutes passed before she even asked what we wanted to drink! We asked for menus along with what we were drinking, another 10 minutes went by! We ended up leaving before she even came back to the table! Horrible service! There wasn't enough people in that bar to warrant the crappy service we received! Generally, I love the place, good food, good drinks, etc!

Went on a Sunday after a softball tournament. Service was STELLAR! I believe the gal working was named Virginia. She worked the entire place and didn't skip a beat!! Drinks, food, and pull-tabs, and she still took good care of everyone! Food was average, but still had a great time.

Great pool hall for the Tri-Cities!  The pool tables are in good shape and there are two 8-foot tables and three standard 7-foot tables. Two Bits has the best cue sticks around as they are actually straight and have tips and bumpers.  There are pull tabs and darts and a modern music box.  
They have okay bar food and a good bar.  Service can be slow and rude or great where they remember what you like to drink depending on who is working.  The fried chicken dinner is delicious!!
There are a couple pool leagues if you want a friendly challenge.

Can't complain.  Sure the service was a bit slow (compared to a restaurant) but pretty much on par for a pub. It wasn't like the staff was sitting around doing nothing. They were hustling as fast as possible. 

I've avoided this place because of poor reviews but went there for an after work function.
Had the french dip sandwich.  Reasonable price and tasty also.  

As for overcharging...they forgot one beer and were very grateful when I pointed that out. (I don't take advantage of others mistakes) 

We will return!

Terrible service, was told to go down to the gas station to buy beer. Went to the Moon Palace instead much better service.
