Started out as a good experience. They had an attendant who was more than willing to instruct us in selecting an option that worked best for us. However, at the end of the carwash while we were vacuuming the vehicle we noticed many scratches that were not there before the wash. My husband went and talked to the attendant and the first thing out of his mouth was "no that's not from us. You must have set a box in your car and slid it across, which is what these scratches are from. A little buffing and they'll come right out." The scratches went all the way up the hood and into the roof of the car, and there were some on the trunk as well. It's ridiculous that the attendant had the audacity to jump straight to blaming us for the scratches. We will NEVER be using this car wash again.

Love the vacuums and scent sprayers for the carpet! Go here all the time to get my car washed!

Dog wash is great.  The automatic car wash works better than most.  The attendant is very friendly and helpful.  The self serve bays accept card which is very convenient.

Came to use the self wash. Had a great experience and I really enjoy the selection of soaps, rainx, wheel cleaner, etc. brief talk with employe also, very friendly!
