It was a great experience buying from here. Salesman is Shawn Baeten.  He was available by phone, email, and text.  All these avenues I actually used and he responded quickly... even on his day off. Great dedication to to his service.  He made sure we were taken cared of. At no point did I feel pressured.  There were some issues after buying the car and he was able to get it to the shop to fix without any issue.  See my review regarding my experience with that shop (Bergstrom Hyundai).  I would definitely visit again for my future purchases and will recommend to friends and family.

When I first started looking for a new vehicle in June, I met Cindy Kirk. I told her I wasn't ready to buy yet, just keeping my options open and researching. I was able to test drive multiple cars that day, and she never once made me feel like I had to make a decision that day or even that week. She followed up about a month later asking how my research was going and wanted to know if I had any questions about what I was finding. Again, no pressure to make a decision, just genuine helpfulness. After looking around and talking with other dealers, I called Cindy and asked if she could find the specific car I was looking for even though it wasn't on their lot-- She was able to, and even brought it in from a different state at no extra cost. She answered all of my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Cindy saw my purchase through from beginning to end and I never felt pushed into something I didn't want. Cindy is one of the good ones, and I would recommend her to anyone leasing or buying for the first time, or the 50th time. She is personable, and only has your best interest in mind, and will do everything she can to meet your needs.

Was interested in buying a VW Jetta from them with my spouse. We had come to a great understanding in price and such the following night. We had gone to the bank to work things out and things were settled for us. The sales man then said as we left because we had one hang up on negotiations. The sales man told me he would call in the morning in which never happened. I had to call and basically say I had tell 1 P.M. to get this done with. Upon driving there to finalized the sale I get a call 5 mins before 1 P.M. with some reason now the price went up because I didn't sign my offer? Mind you yes I made a mistake on my end possibly, but now the price went up another 1k on the final total. I have dealt with bergstrom before and have never ever seen this company care more about the money than the customer. Honestly from just this I will not recommend this specific dealer to anyone I know or the like. Sadly to me it's a blemish to the bergstrom name now and that's a very hard thing to say.
