I am pleased to have found this restaurant.  Two other Singapore/Malaysian restaurants in the area that I liked have closed.  The food is flavorful and delightfully spicy.  Service is good, decore is nice. I have been here twice for lunch, the restaurant is occupied but not crowded.

Service and setting were nice and some of the dishes were quite delicious, however some of them were just ok.  Didn't like any of the prawn dishes.  Many of the dishes were quite small, not quite enough for one person.  Given their size of the plates, it was also quite pricey.  The dishes also came out on an eclectic collection of plates.

We go here to get Singapore style Chili Crab and Pepper Crab, it is delicious and one of the few places we know where we can satisfy our craving for these dishes!  In order to ensure we get the Chili  Crab we're craving, we call ahead and reserve a crab, and I would recommend anyone who wants these dishes to do the same.  We have the crab with their sweet buns.  Their kopi tiam style coffee is also super delicious.

Awesome food. You can't go wrong with any dish. I'm a big fan of the roti, clay pot chicken, and hor fun.

4/5 for food, 3/5 for service. Servers are very pleasant and friendly, but miss some important things like taking back the appetizer plates before bringing in entrees, leaving it to the guests to try to juggle everything on the table themselves.
Food recommendations - roti prata, chicken satay, salmon claypot.
