I can't say enough good about this place. The prices here are outstanding, the service here is outstanding, the staff is outstanding and very knowledgeable, and the best pet care anywhere.
 The two downsides are, there is always a long wait because so many people come here because they're the best, and they don't take debit cards. There is a bank directly across the street though.
 You can come in and register then go back home, and they will call you to let you know your coming up on the list.
 I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur baby. Even though they're line here is usually long, if it's an emergency they will take you right in. They are the best!!!

Amazing what they do up here! They treat all kinds of animals for pretty much everything! My dog was coughing and the vet we saw diagnosed her in seconds and put her on all the right medication, she's cured now. The only thing that you might consider a downside is there's always quite a long wait. They see hundreds of patients a day so there's no way to avoid this. But their care is excellent and their prices are affordable.

Called before we went, one of the questions I asked was cost just to be seen that evening,excluding treatment. I was told after 7pm $50. That was actually in addition to the regular rate. Waited 2 hours to be seen, no actual "triage",1st come 1st serve, from what I saw. Other than that, the staff was nice and the Vet knowledgeable and explained things. Went somewhat quickly once we got back to a room.

Great doctors but sometime a long wait, sometimes hours..  If you can go in and put your name in and go back layer you will save time. Very competitive pricing.  They don't take appointments.  People come from long distances for the care because they are so good.

I really appreciate the staff here and everything they have done for us. We were at a rough spot, in between checks when 2 (of 4) of our dogs got sick. No other place would even see our dogs without full payment up front. Shivley not only saw both of our dogs, but also gave us options, and worked with us. They accepted partial payment at the time of our visit and allowed us to come back later and finish paying off our account. They told us the different options available to us and the amounts they would cost. They have a great staff here and are inexpensive compared to other vets. The staff is very compassionate. I would suggest them for anyone who needs a Primary Vet or for an Emergency. They do well in both aspects. Unfortunately, my 2 dogs were very sick (no fault of Shively), and they both passed away. RIP CASH AND ARYAN! But, Shively was there when nobody else was, and my family and I very much appreciated that.
