This place is worst shoe city ever stay away. i waited 30 minutes to get helped by a white guy that could not tell a size 4 from a 7 he bought me a size 4 in a box that said size seven. the customer sales guy was white and he had a bad attitude as well . i had to stop going here i did not want to find myself in jail messing with the sales rep. i take my money somewhere else.

The customer is always right is NOT a theory this store practices. I needed to return a pair of shoes but got completely stonewalled. They had NEVER been worn, I had the box, and most importantly, I had the receipt. I simply wanted my money back. However, they have the most absurd policy they won't allow a customer to do ANYTHING after 14 days. NEVER in my life have I encountered such a policy from a store and I was thoroughly unprepared for it. I live very far away, in Florida, so it was 20 days before I could make it back. The employees were extremely condescending and seemed delighted in the fact they were victorious in ruining my day. So do yourself a favor and DON'T SHOP THERE!!!!!!!!!

I literally asked one of the floor associates for a size 13 in these retro Jordans and he looks in the tongue of the shoe and tells me that's the size right there and walked off to flirt woth a female customer. He never came back and I never got the shoes.
