Not bad really, prices are very comprable if not better than Famous Footwear, much better service than Shoe Carnival. Very knowledgeable in what I was looking for. Did not just go for the highest priced item, she helped me try and find the right shoe for what I need it for. Unfortunately they did not have any that were the correct size or width, so I went down and looked at another place, she did say that if I did not find any that she would be more than willing to try to help me find that shoe in Casper. That is great customer service. Willing to send a customer to another place even though they will be missing out on a sale? It is called customer service. And it is really good at shoe department encore. Huge selection as well, even for men.
