Best skate shop to buy boards and shoes

I ordered some Windsor Red Vans Sk8 Hi's size 10, and when I got home, opened the box, and put the shoes on, I noticed something was off. One shoe was a right footed size 10, which was the one I had tried on in store, and the other one was an unlaced, ALSO right footed, size 9.5. So not only were theyboth right foot shoes, the sizes were mismatched.

There was an employee there that was literally making insulting comments about me to another employee while I was there.
