I returned a pair of shoes and they never issued to refund back to my debit card! Poorly managed stuff. During slow times they have 6-8 people working but when I was there when it was busy, there was only 1 person at the cash register. I used to love this place. It's gone downhill fast and steals money.

Most awful buying experience EVER. Only bought shoes here cause I needed them today. WILL never return to this store, there were what seemed to b 5 employees not one of them spoke to us until we begged for help. When we did talk to one, she was unpleasant and borderline rude.
