Average selection of shoes but the service was excellent.  The shoe I wanted was not in stock in my size and the clerk offered to call another store to check.  When that was not successful she recommended alternative shoes.  It's unusual to receive customer care like that today!

I went in to the shoe department as a return visit to buy a pair of shoes I recently saw.  I asked the sales guy if he could grab me the left shoe from the back.  He said, "You really want me to go all the way back there?"

I was so appalled.  I waited for him to get back with the shoe.  Once he did, I put both shoes back in the box and left the store with out purchasing the shoes.  

I really wanted those shoes as they were a great deal.  However, the poor customer service changed my mind.
