Not sure how it can be so hard to exchange a pair of shoes; ordered online and they were wrong size, brought them into store in hopes to leave same day. They did a return on the card instead of exchange and now I have to wait 2 more days (after shipping was delayed multiple times) for the charge to clear since they can’t seem to do a simple transaction. Not only that but they took the shoes I ordered from me and now I don’t have either pair. This customer service is not something to stand by.

I went to Dillard's on Sept. 12, 2017 to buy some cosmetics and Ginnie Richards waited on me she was very polite and friendly. I bought dermablend foundation and as I was leaving forgot the old foundation container which still had some foundation in it. Well I called and talked to another Sales associate but she couldn't find it because Ginnie had already left for the day. So I left my phone no. so Ginnie could call me. She called the next day and she found it under the counter. I came and picked it up. Ginnie is a true people person and so nice.

Had to spend some serious $$$ on quality bras in the lingerie department and Quine (didn't get a last name) was absolutely fantastic!! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly!! Great experience!
