Beware of this company they take orders ten cancel the night before to avoid bad feedback options on amazon. Seemingly they have good reviews they manipulate the reviews. they "cancel" you order so you can't post feedback. Ultimately you never get your stuff. Shady!

Sleazy and dishonest company, as others have said Paid for expedited shipping, and shoes did not arrive on time. When I returned them, they had the audacity of charging me a 20% restocking fee. It's back to Zappos for me...same price, and amazing customer service.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them through Amazon on August 12. They were expected to arrive by August 22nd, so when they didn't, I messaged and was told they'd spoken to the carrier (UPS based on the tracking number provided) and they would know something in 1-2 days. I messaged again after two days to say the shoes still had not arrived, so they refunded my money and cancelled the order. Today, August 29th, the shoes finally arrived: they were the wrong size, wrong color, and had been packed for shipping on August 25th - three full days after they were originally to have arrived! Now they've issued a return shipping label (as I was nice enough to call; I guess I probably could have kept them), and the return label is for 1 day priority shipping LOL I really wanted the shoes last week before working a hard 5 day stretch :/

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I placed an order with them through Amazon purchasing a pair of expensive shoes. The shoes didn't work out and I returned them. Instead of the promised full refund they charged me $26 restocking fee claiming that the shoe box in which my return arrived was damaged. I assured them that I sent the box back in pristine condition - just as I received it. I didn't matter. Their so called customer service representative was argumentative and evasive and responded that that there was nothing they can do. No common sense or actual customer service exists there. This company is after making money at whatever cost.

So I hardly write reviews but I feel the need to share my opinion because of the bad reviews. I order through Amazon but the boots I ordered run big so I went to return them personally and they were so nice and friendly and processed my refund on the spot.
