I'm really disappointed in the customer service . I ordered a dress which I received only to realize it was to big so I decided to return . They issued me a store credit which I used to purchase online . I have yet to receive my items even though it says delivered on the status! When I emailed them to let them know that I haven't received anything and to let me know what the next step is as soon as possible because it was 115 dollars I spent , they haven't updated me or gave me a call or nothing! I own a business and this is not the way to conduct a business . You should call your customer asap or email with updates to let the customer know you are trying to help out . Especially when I spent money and haven't received my items. If this matter is not solved soon I will be making a big complaint and never shopping here AGAIN!! Update*** received my package but now missing an item it's been months back and fourth , I don't know how they have a business .! I have emailed couple times and no reply . Any business that the customer has to be after is no good . I don't even want the item anymore I will not order from them again

I ordered something from here online, it said it takes about 1-2 days for the order to be processed. 3 weeks later, still no confirmation about my item being shipped. I've emailed them numerous times, giving them my order number and asking when they were going to ship my product. I have yet to hear back from them. Absolutely terrible customer service, I will never be buying from this store again.
