The staff are great here. They help you find what you want, they suggest you search to see if you can find cheaper prices to price match. You can rent used or new books and buy of course. Great customer service.

ATTENTION WHITTIER COLLEGE STUDENTS! Please don't even bother wasting your time or money at this bookstore. The manager JT is a complete moron. He refused to refund my money for a book I was trying to return because he said, "how do I know you didn't read it in one day?" On top of that, he made up a policy that I saw nowhere in print or on my receipt. The guy acts like a butthurt 5 year old when you question his policies or mistakes. Save yourself the time and money and buy online at Amazon or ebay. You'll end up spending probably close to $500 on textbooks from the Whittier Bookstore. You can find used books online for half the price or for less than a couple of cents. Wardman library usually has books on reserve, and I found out that they had one of my textbooks scanned for FREE online. UPDATE: I decided to email the efollett company and luckily my complaint got to the right person. She happened to be JT's supervisor, which he said there was nobody above him, and she told me that she told him he was wrong to not put himself in my shoes. I went in and was given my refund. Maybe a learning lesson for somebody, but the only available clerk to refund me my money this morning was JT. The one star is not for the efollett company. They do good business. The one star is specifically for the Whittier College Bookstore, which is currently being run by someone who delivers poor customer service and acts very unprofessional.
