I like this small store. Tay, the cosmetics expert is just AWESOME! She's super nice, but also very knowledgeable about all the products. She'll advise you the right product and sometimes give you a sample, if available. I purchased many items with her and love everything she advised me to try. She won't advise you something that's not good. Very attentive and smart young lady! I'm always going to that store just because of her!  The pharmacy staff are answering the phone calls and answer all the questions. Thank you!

The retail space is typical for other Shoppers locations and the staff are helpful but the pharmacy is a miserable experience. The pharmacy staff are unresponsive in person and on the phone and difficult for physicians to interact with. I have had to move my prescriptions elsewhere even though this location is a five minute walk from my apartment. 

The final straw was starting my most recent medication six days late because the pharmacy staff insisted when i called in daily that they had not received communication from my doctor. After being told repeatedly that the prescription had never been ordered they finally bothered to check their answering machine and found that it had indeed been called in. Lazy and/or incompetent staff should not be in a high stakes position like controlling access to medication that is necessary for a person's quality of life.

Small location, 
Not 24h and no post office however their line ups moved very quickly which is nice!

Great service, Kevin is a wonderful pharmacist and goes the extra mile to help you out. 4/5 because it doesn't have all the selection the big stores have, but it's worth it for the pharmacy.
