Today was my first visit to ShopRite. My primary reason for coming was to get some 2 Alarm Chili, which their competitor had discontinued. As an old produce man I was less than impressed with their bananas. They were displayed in an unorganized pile which contributed to lots of bruised fruit. Everything else looked nice and prices were very competitive. Work on the banana presentation and I'll up my rating to 4 stars.

I like shopping here except SOME of the cashiers are racist. I was in checkout line 3 and I thought the cashier from line 2 was just helping out when she reached over in my cart and put stickers on my two cases of shoprite water but when she also started moving my circular and leftover coupons around in my cart that still had the items I was taking out of it, I realized she was making sure I wasn't hiding anything under them!!! I'm black by the way and was in there about a little after 6:30 on 10/1.

I am a frequent shopper here for my non-bulk items. The store is clean, food is fresh and staff is usually pleasant and helpful. I like shopping here because they are one of a few local markets with a large meat variety. Have not had any issues this far.

It's a good small grocery store. They usually have lower prices too. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

This store always has a large amount of the items on sale and staff is excellent.
