WHATEVER YOU DO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO YOUR DRY CLEANING.

First, I would like to let you readers know that I normally go elsewhere for my cleaning. I was in desperate need of a hem for work and I wanted to look my best.

Starting off when I walked into the place it had a blaring television on. I thought to myself, what's with these people are they def. 

Secondly, it took the guy 5 attempts to get my order rite. 2 hems, 1 dry clean pant, 1 dry clean shirt and no starch. Is this that hard to punch in on a computer. Common man!!

Lastly, upon arriving home with my clothes. I noticed one pant was not hemmed. So, I returned to store and they refused to hem it. Telling me it was another pair I brought back. Whatever happened to the customer is always rite? I was beside myself. The employees there was super nasty about it too.

For better service, better price and professionalism.Take your business to Discount Cleaners of 135th and Biscayne. Ulua Cleaners is not worth the frustration.
